From the first day of your periods , in one litre of water add 4-5 leaves of green tea, one big cardamom (from the mixed spices), 10 leaves of Mint leaves and boil it till it is one cup. You may add sugar as per your taste. Also add one spoon for pure clarified butter. Drink it. Then have walk for a while. Drink this for 4 days of your periods. This will also help you reduce your bloated stomach.
